We require a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE for all rentals.
You must have a production insurance policy in place to rent equipment from us. A production policy can be purchased for a particular project or for a certain period of time (usually one year). Once you get your policy in place, you will need to ask them for a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, commonly referred to as a COI. The COI must be written specifically for us. Please have your insurance provider contact us for the information they will need to complete the customized COI.
Each rental day is roughly a 24 hour period plus prep time and return time.
Your rental begins when you pick up the gear. This is usually some time on the day before the actual rental day. The gear must be returned by 11:00am on the morning after your last rental day. Savvy renters know that the best practice is to come to our facility on the day before the shoot and take some time to prepare the gear for their production in order to ensure that all the pieces fit together and are working properly. This step isn’t mandatory but is a smart way to prevent problems on the day of your shoot. Either way, customers are welcome to come pick up their rental gear on the day before the shoot at any time, provided the gear is available and ready for rental. All gear is to be returned by 11:00am on the morning after your last rental day. Gear returned after this time is subject to additional rental fees.
